We are looking for a candidate who is just as ambitious and talented as our entire team!

We need a Recruitment Team Lead to join our team to help achieve our recruiting goals.


About the role:

  • 40% planning and process improvement: You will be responsible for the hiring plan. You’ll need to anticipate the required resources, and coordinate with the management, as well as optimizing the recruitment process to minimize time-to-fill and attracting qualified candidates.
  • 30% tracking and analysis: Presenting recruitment metrics and providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • 20% coaching and training: You will need to share methods and motivate the talent team to find the best people for Scorewarrior (1-1 meetings, employee development, etc.)
  • 10% recruitment: You will need to lead by example, working on the most challenging roles and contributing as a key member of the recruiting team.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience successfully leading a talent team as a player-coach (people management, defining objectives) in gamedev/IT companies.
  • A deep understanding of the game development industry, including knowledge of programming languages, game engines, platforms, and industry-specific roles.
  • An analytical approach that always considers the data when making decisions.
  • The ability to create and maintain relations with industry colleagues, industry groups, organizers hosting topical speakers, and additional sources of highly qualified candidates.
  • The ability to work as a hands-on recruiter, capable of identifying and attracting top talent within the games space.
  • Fluent command of English (Greek would also be to your advantage).
