The company is focused on the 4X strategy genre with an ambitious goal to grow it’s hit game Total Battle to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle. Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players.

At Scorewarrior, we aspire to create the best games on the market that would bring people together and excite them. Our Player Support team shares its expertise with excitement to translate a traditional customer experience into gamers' dialogue. The Support team works closely with the development and quality assurance teams to provide the best experience to our players when attending to their questions, issues, suggestions, and initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Support, you will be responsible for developing instruments for the Support Team. You will leverage your technical expertise to help us make powerful and convenient instruments for internal use, contributing to our support’s goal of being the best.


What you'll do:

  • Prioritize and decompose tasks based on high-level RFCs jointly with the Head of Customer Support.
  • Interact with the Service team when support for tools is needed from the product side.
  • Suggest initiatives to improve the UX of tools and their performance where appropriate.
  • Draft and maintain technical documentation.
  • Improve tool security and observability.

Job requirements

  • Have experience working as Full-stack Developer.
  • Have sufficient knowledge of React, NodeJs, NestJs, TypeScript, PostgresSQL, Docker, and PHP.
  • Have experience in mutual integration of REST and JSON RPC services.
  • Are empathic, friendly, and committed to making people’s lives easier.
  • Have decent communication skills and know how to listen.
  • Make objective decisions based on data and procure it from relevant sources when it’s lacking.
  • Know how to independently search for the necessary information.
  • Have excellent self-organization skills.
  • Have good attention to detail and examine your work once it’s done.
  • Are passionate about games (any games, really, whether it’s an MMO, RPG title, MOBA, a strategy, or casual).


It would help you to stand out if:

  • Your English is of level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or better.
  • You have a good sense of humor (meme proficiency will serve you well!).
